Pros: Shouldnt even have a signal icon cuz it is always on full.. Ten times better than phones that Ive had in the past. Synching contacts and schedule is made easy with Intellisync and a data cable.
Cons: Camera is a joke but who cares.

"get a sony ericsson or nokia instead"
Pros: aesthetically pleasing, calendar/schedule inside, large lcd screen, screen on phone cover, world phone.
Cons: bulky, ringtones stink, no games, very bad quality camera with no flash, akward keyboard, when answering a phone call you have to press the yes button in addition to lifting up the flap unlike most flipphones.

Pros: Many nice features - but not worth the headache.
Cons: Poor earpiece, software glitches cause the phone to reset while on calls. We owned 2 of them and I replaced mine 3 times before I finally gave up on the phone.

Pros: Big screen, some nice features.
Cons: Everybody I have ever met that has one of these phones complains about the reception, dropped calls and the sort, many have already returned the phone, and I, after 12 months regret not doing the same!

"Great but needs to ring much louder!"
Pros: This phone has it all! Great size, weight, colors and features. So many options it will boggle the mind. Camera works very well for a mobile phone. Loved the outer screen and the group lights so you know if you want to take the call based on the colors
Cons: The ringer needs to be much louder than it is. Usually reception was good, not great. Could never find a waist clip for it so it was stolen. Now, it is impossible to find to buy for replacement. ; (
