"Best call quality."
Pros: Simply the best call quality I have ever had on a mobile phone.
Cons: Camera lacks flash.
Summary: I recently gave up on my Treo 680 because of the poor call quality, coupled with several software crashes. The Razr2 V9x has a ton of features, great picture quality, and the touch controls on the outer screen provide great accessibility to incoming messages, as well as pics, video, and the music player. I am very pleased with the call quality, which was one of the primary factors influencing my choice. The keypad is easy to use - something I was initially concerned about. While shopping, my second choice was the LG Shine, which lost out due to its cramped keypad and because I felt that the navigation control was difficult to use.
I would also like to point out that I live in an urban neighborhood that is notorious for spotty coverage from all three major carriers. The signal strength on the Razr2 V9x is significantly better than my previous phone (which sometimes dropped calls).
