Pros: Outstanding reception, volume & clarity. Crystal talk is the most outstanding technological advancement in cell phones in quite awhile. Slim & attractive design, fast internet, decent menu. Decent interface, rock solid, dependable & well
Cons: Finger print magnet, battery life good but not great unless you add an extended battery. I would like more options on the outside screen. A wider choice of menu options or different programs would be nice. Nit-picking but ..... No real deficits.

"Reliable phone that will not fail you"
Pros: Amazing call clarity.... No more dead zones like my previous phones. User friendly, personalization option and ease of texting.
Cons: As usual... Motorola lacks in the ring tones so be prepared to download your own. It would've been nice to be able to change the buttons on the outside touchscreen to whatever you would like to have rather than the standard music, pictures & video.
