"Small Phone, Good Price, LEMON"
Pros: Lots of features, polyphonic ringtones, small size, good design
Cons: Bad Battery, Presses buttons while in pocket.

Cons: CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP Worst phone made, my carrier replaced it free for everyone because they agreed it sucked.

Cons: it died and all was lost on the phone book. Was told by Tmobile that this product was recalled and they send me another phone.

"Problems, Problems and more PROBLEMS!"
Pros: Really, none come to mind. Well...the phone is cheap, but you ALWAYS get what you pay for! (esp. with this phone!)
Cons: --- no battery life --- volume problems --- screen is fuzzy --- buttons are difficult to push --- ringtones sound distorted

Pros: The phone has IM capability, and is cute and compact.
Cons: After paying $200 for the phone, 6 months after using it, the battery was going dead. Because the battery was built in to the phone, I couldn't just replace the battery, the whole phone had to be replaced. I ended up getting a cheap model to be my replace
