"Problematic Microphone, Bare Bones for Features"
Pros: This phone is really easy-to-use and basic, which is exactly what I was looking for. The battery life last a long time.
Cons: The battery indicator doesn't let you know the battery is low (shows full bars) until it's about to die. After approximately 2 months of use the mike quit picking up when I used the phone. The service center indicated that this is a common problem.

Pros: It makes calls if you have good sprint coverage.
Cons: Battery endurance is horrid. On standby the phone will last a day, maybe a day and a half.
Signal fade and dropped calls are very prevalent with this phone, more so than I think can be attributed to spotty network coverage.Summary: The really poor battery life is what really g... read more

Pros: free from Sprint; reception OK; bluetooth, GPS
Cons: Not great software/menus; slow software response between calls; can't hear low batt beep; speaker phone distortion; buttons too small; goofy OS skin; instructions not great
