"burnt twice - poor reception, poor battery, unreliable"
Pros: The features are good, overall. When it works, you get a lot out of this phone.
Cons: First one returned on warranty for software malfunction. Both my phones the battery would sometimes discharge quickly (creating a lot of heat), sometimes hold for days, other times hours. The second has performed better, but will shut off randomly.

Pros: Ruggedness, features, MP3 player, camera, 3G network, easy texting, good speakerphone, internet browser
Cons: Signal is a bit weak, no reception in building basements and places like that. Battery life is also a bit short.

"I love this phone havnt had any problems with it."
Pros: I love the swivvel camera its really handy and the video quality is good for a cell phone. The text messaging on it is super easy. And thats about it overall i would give it 5/5 stars.
Cons: The only con is the battery life its a bit short you should just bring a charger with you wherever you go... it dies out in about 12-14 hours of usage... like if I unplug it at 9 am its gonna be dead at 10 or 9
