"Does not work with Verizon network"
Pros: I loved the idea of a simple phone: no extra features that I won't use, just make calls with good sound quality. I wasn't able to test the sound quality, but the design of the phone looked very nice, and the interface seemed quite good.
Cons: The phone does not work, at least on Verizon. You can't make outgoing calls. I called Verzion, they had other reports of the same problem and said they had reported the issue to Samsung.

Pros: Feels well built and sound quality is excellent. Display is easy to read and well laid out. Buttons are large and easy to use for large fingers. Buttons on side for common features are easy to find and use.
Cons: The "OK" button and rocker are a little cramped, as mentioned in cnet review. No bluetooth

"Phone became available on Verizon, Oct. 2008."
Pros: The phone has worked fine on the Verizon nework in Houston. I like the ease of use and basic phone style. The buttons large, sound is good. The inside screen is large and easy to read. I love the cradle charger.
Cons: The OK button is a little small. There is a poor selection of ring or music tones. I would like to have seen a variety of colors available. Goes on roam inside school classrooms.
