The Bottom Line	The Kyocera K323 offers good call quality and a decent feature set, including integrated Bluetooth, but there are better camera phones out there.	With an understated design and a solid feature set, the Samsung SCH-A870 is a great midtier offering from Verizon.	The Samsung Hue is a stylish and functional cell phone for Alltel with a useful selection of features.	The Motorola W385 is a dependable cell phone without confusing bells and whistles.	The Samsung Knack SCH-U310 is one of the best basic phones on the market. If you need a handset for making calls, you can't go wrong.
