  "Great Product, Tech Support Nightmare"

  Pros: Ability to customize and tweak "ideal" PC. Components are nicely optimized. Very good performance.

  Cons: Box tends to run a bit hot, although power supply should be adequate for components. Do not purchase from ABS unless you are willing to do extensive troubleshooting on your own or by phone. Support policy is not good for most consumers.
