MVNO
A mobile virtual network operator doesn't own or operate equipment; it buys huge batches of minutes from traditional wireless carriers and repackages them with lifestyle-oriented phones and services in order to offer niche consumers a cell phone that fits their needs. Current MVNOs include ESPN Mobile and Virgin Wireless.
