The Bottom Line Equally adept at streaming audio, photos, and HD video, the D-Link MediaLounge DSM-520 offers a winning combination of impressive features and performance at an affordable price. While it's not as slick as Apple TV and its performance isn't flawless, the Netgear EVA8000's awesome array of features should delight tech-savvy digital media hounds. CNET did not review the Linksys DMA2100, but we did review the step-up model in the series. A bargain price and built-in DVD player distinguishes the Linksys DMA2200 from rival Windows Media Center Extenders, but we found the performance to be inconsistent.
