- "Care for your system"
This utility offers a one-stop-shop for cleaning and maintaining your computer for better overall system performance. The interface is very simple, featuring only a few buttons, which makes it easy to get down to cleaning immediately (in fact, it automatically runs on start-up) and doesn't confuse you with multiple steps.
The Maintain Windows section focuses on four areas of maintenance: spyware removal, Registry cleaning, a privacy sweep, and deletion of junk files. The Diagnose System button provides system optimization tools, detects spyware, defragments your disk, and scans for hijacked Windows settings. In our tests the scan and clean for each of these areas took less than 10 minutes to complete. In many of these scans, it is difficult to tell what exactly is being accomplished by some of the tools, but we were able to test against other trusted apps, which confirmed Advanced SystemCare's efficacy in those areas.
Under the utilities section you are given several tools, which are similar to plug-ins, for other areas of optimization and diagnostic tests. Overall, Advanced SystemCare Free is a good way to maintain your system's speed and clear out junk files, but you'll need to remember to run it regularly because scheduling of scans is only available in the paid Pro version.

"Good if you want to play god on your computer"
Pros: Completely optimizes your computer, faster then you could imagine if done right.
Cons: Too much power... I personally found out.
Summary: Only do what you think you know. Watch out for tinkering with certain files that it calls "rubbish" because you may delete vista boot files and then have to erase your hard drive and basically waste your life. Don't be too smart with the program, an... read more >>

"cares my system in a simple way.very useful."
Pros: junk file removal, registry correction, privacy, spy ware elimination and defragment in few minutes are all i find it good.
Cons: so far i can't find any.
Summary: simple to use. keep it up. excellent working in all features of windows correction and diagnose system. very useful and i feel necessary for all internet surfings.

"Breaks IE access to Qwest by Windows Live"
Pros: Looks so Great, seems to work so "Great". "BUT"!!!!
Cons: Completely Breaks Functions of my "Qwest by Windows Live" web site. Trashes Internet Explorer Settings to where I have to uninstall Advanced SystemCare and reset my IE7 internet settings.
Summary: I would love to be able to use this program BUT it totally breaks the functions of my Qwest Windows Live web access. As soon as I install and start Advanced SystemCare Free 3.1.1 and even before I click to Repair anything my IE settings are so screw... read more >>
